Spicy Nuggets

Few days ago I really wanted to eat some KFC nuggets . Spicy and delicious . It was a really hot day , so I couldn't go out . I decided then to make my family a surprise and cook something good for them .
Crispy with a Chinese sauce or a Chilly one goes perfectly !


Nuggets :
3 pounds boneless chicken breast (4 pieces)
4 bags of potato chips (any flavor you want)
2 cups white flour
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper
1 chilly teaspoon (I added two)
2 cloves garlic, minced

Wash the chicken breast and then cut into bite-sized cubes. In a bowl add the flour with chilly , salt , peper and garlic . Mash the potato chips and put them in a different bowl . Also beat the eggs with milk into another bowl . Now that you have everything done take a chicken cube and drag it into the flour bowl on all sides , then into the milk and eggs one and finally into the potato chips .
Place on a non-stick pan until they are golden .
Serve with fries and your favorite sauce .
