Mmm I just love this pancakes . They are not the traditional ones , especially that here in Romania , we're doing them in a very different way . But today I adventured myself and tried this ones .

Here's the recipe you've been waiting for :)
Chocolate pancakes :
2 1/4 cups white flour
1 1/8 milk
3 teaspoons of baking powder
2 big eggs or 3 smaller ones
1/2 teaspoon salt
4-6 teaspoons cocoa
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (or anything you like ) I also used lemon , or orange essence that goes perfectly with that chocolate , so feel free to add anything you like:)
Add all your ingredients in any order and mix them together for 5 minutes . Then preheat a non-stick skillet until it's hot and add a drop of oil . Pour the pancakes and wait until you will see some bubbles . When you see them you can flip the pancake on the other side too . Then remove it with a spatula .
I added fresh strawveberries on top
And then some whipped cream.
